Enrollment Agreement Form - Class of 2022

Please read the statement below carefully. To confirm your intention to enroll at Georgetown, complete and submit this form, along with the required non-refundable enrollment deposit of $900, by May 1, 2018. Please see the information included with your letter of admission for instructions for submitting the enrollment deposit.

COMMON AGREEMENT OF NOTIFYING COLLEGES OF INTENTION TO ENROLL

I confirm my intention to enroll at and, if requested, submit a deposit to only one institution by the required notification date. I understand that if I am on a Waiting List at another college, am later accepted, and decide to attend, I may send my acknowledgment and any requested deposit to this second college. In addition, I agree to notify the former college immediately of my change in circumstance and my plan to enroll elsewhere.

I understand that if I violate this agreement, my admission status at both colleges will be subject to review and possible revocation.

All non-US citizens who plan to study in F-1 or J-1 status at Georgetown must indicate their requested status on the confirmation of enrollment form. In addition, students who need a Form I-20 or Form DS-2019 immigration document from Georgetown must apply for the immigration document by following the instructions at http://internationalservices.georgetown.edu/vsqoip. The complete process of obtaining the Georgetown Form I-20 or Form DS-2019 and applying for the F-1 or J-1 visa takes a minimum of 6-8 weeks, and students are strongly encouraged to carefully review the instructions and begin the process as soon as possible. For questions regarding immigration requirements or the document issuance process, please contact the Office of Global Services (OGS) at newinternational@georgetown.edu. Students who will study in a status other than F-1 or J-1 do not have any reporting requirement and do not need to contact OGS.
