Group Visits

Please follow this link for the Georgetown update in regards to the COVID-19 situation.

While we are not able to host physical group visits at this time, please follow the link below to sign up for a virtual information session. This will include a presentation from an admissions officer and a link to a recorded version of the tour. Please email with any further questions to our virtual offerings!

If you would like to schedule a virtual group visit, please complete the form below.

A virtual group visit will consist of various resources that are tailored to the group that you will be bringing. We will connect you with the regional admissions officer that reads for your region and a recorded version of the campus tour, led by our Blue & Gray tour guides.

Thank you for your interest in bringing a group to campus. We are excited about the possibility of hosting your group and hope to arrange a meaningful visit for your students. Please review our group tour guidelines and then complete and submit the group tour request form below.

  • Group tours of campus are only available to high schools, community based organizations, and educational non-profits working with current high school students. If your group does not fall under one of these categories, your group is welcome to visit campus at your leisure using our self-guided tour
  • Virtual group tours are available Monday through Friday between 9am and 4pm. We do not offer tours on the weekend or on University/Federal Holidays.
  • Group tour requests are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make your request at least five weeks prior to your requested date, but note that we are unable to process requests made more than three months in advance. You should expect to hear back from us within two weeks of submitting your request.
  • If you are submitting a group tour request on behalf of a high school or organization with which you are not directly affiliated, we will require contact information (including an email address) for at least one group leader who is directly affiliated with the group. We will be unable to confirm a group tour request without this information.
  • Groups of fewer than 15 students should sign up for our regular information session and campus tour.
